The Board of Adelaide to Outback GP Training Program Incorporated submits the financial report for the year
ended 31 December 2010.
1. BOARD MEMBERS

2. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activities of Adelaide to Outback GP Training Program Incorporated in the course of the financial
year were to provide high quality training and education in urban and rural areas for GP Registrars. Its secondary
activities were the ongoing delivery and expansion of the Prevocational GP Placement Program in rural and urban
areas for allocated Intern and RMO doctors; and the provision of IMG fellowship support to identified rural based
IMG doctors.
3. SIGNIFICANT CHANGES
During the year there were no significant changes in the nature of the activities of the Association.
4. OPERATING RESULT
The amount of operating deficit was $352,658 (2009: Deficit $101,867).
5. MATTERS SUBSEQUENT TO THE END OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR
No matter or circumstance has arisen since the end of the financial year that has significantly affected or may
significantly affect the operations of the Association, the results of those operations or the state of affairs of the
Association in the subsequent financial year.
6. OFFICERS AND AUDITORS INDEMNIFICATION
Adelaide to Outback GP Training Program Incorporated has not, during or since the financial year, in respect of
any person who is or has been an officer or auditor of Adelaide to Outback GP Training Program Incorporated or
a related body corporate:
- indemnified or made any relevant agreement for indemnifying against a liability incurred as an officer, including
costs and expenses in successfully defending legal proceedings; or
- paid or agreed to pay a premium in respect of a contract insuring against a liability incurred as an officer for
the costs or expenses to defend legal proceedings; with the exception of the following matter.
During or since the financial year Adelaide to Outback GP Training Program Incorporated paid a premium of
$348 (2009: $282) to insure all officers against liabilities for costs and expenses incurred by them in defending
any legal proceedings arising out of their conduct while acting in capacity of officer, other than conduct involving
wilful breach of duty. A further premium of $2,565 (2009: $1,863) was paid to ensure that AOGP is covered
against any claims made against the organisation in the conduct of its work against its three major contracts.
