Adult League Information:<br />
• Registration: First come-First served basis.<br />
• All participants must be 18 years of age by the date of<br />
first game (unless otherwise stated).<br />
• Interest List: Individuals looking for a team can be added<br />
to an interest list by calling 708-390-2408. Placement is<br />
not guaranteed. Information required is name, phone<br />
number/email, age, playing experience, and sport(s)<br />
of preference. These names will be provided to team<br />
captains and managers who may need additional players.<br />
• Deposits: Teams may submit a deposit of 50% of<br />
registration fee to secure a spot in the league. Remaining<br />
balance must be paid by 5:00 pm of registration deadline,<br />
otherwise spot will be forfeited to first team on the wait<br />
list and team will be charged a cancellation fee.<br />
• Resident / Non-Resident Teams: For any team roster with<br />
less than a 50% residency rate, that team must pay the<br />
non-resident team rate.<br />
• Cancellations: Any team cancelling before the noted<br />
registration deadline will be charged 5% of full registration<br />
fee. (Minimum of $10) NO REFUND will be issued to adult<br />
league teams cancelling after the cancellation deadline.<br />
• Late Fee: There will be a $25 late fee for any team<br />
registering after the registration deadline.<br />
PLAYERS’ CODE OF CONDUCT<br />
Before signing up your team, please note that all participants<br />
(players) are expected to abide by the following behavioral<br />
guidelines:<br />
• Respect all participants, officials, <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> staff,<br />
and spectators. Lead the way in creating a positive,<br />
recreational atmosphere.<br />
• Avoid the use of foul and/or inappropriate language. Set<br />
positive examples for the community.<br />
• Refrain from inflicting bodily harm on participants,<br />
officials, <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> staff, and spectators. Play to have<br />
FUN.<br />
• Respect all equipment, supplies, and facilities provided<br />
by <strong>Mokena</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong>.<br />
MEN’S 30 & OVER BASKETBALL LEAGUE –<br />
TUESDAYS<br />
The league is open to teams of all skill levels and players 30 &<br />
over. Each team is guaranteed to play 10 games, and the number<br />
of teams qualifying for the playoffs will be determined by the<br />
number of participating teams. Team name and color must be<br />
submitted at registration, and rosters must consist of a minimum<br />
of 5 players or a maximum of 12 players. Cash prizes for winners<br />
of the regular season and playoffs.<br />

the playoffs will be determined by the number of participating<br />
teams. Team rosters must consist of a minimum of 6 players or<br />
a maximum of 12 players. Cash prizes for winners of the regular<br />
season and playoffs.<br />
