MR. JACK JACOB KISA - Non-executive Director 6<br />

Mr. Kisa (aged 74 yrs) holds a B.Sc. (Economics) (London) Degree <strong>and</strong> M.P.A. (Harvard) Degree.<br />

He served as Principal Economist in Kenya’s Ministry of Finance <strong>and</strong> Planning in the 1970s.<br />

<strong>In</strong> 1974, Mr. Kisa was appointed as the Director of the United Nations World Employment<br />

Programme for <strong>Africa</strong>, in which capacity he served until 1977. <strong>In</strong> 1978, he was appointed Senior<br />

Economist at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, D.C. During the period 1986-1991,<br />

Mr. Kisa served as Economic Advisor to the Southern <strong>Africa</strong>n Development Community on<br />

secondment from the World Bank.<br />

MR. JEAN-LOUIS VINCIGUERRA - Non-executive Director 7 7<br />

Mr. Vinciguerra (aged 68 yrs) is a graduate of the <strong>In</strong>stitute of Political Studies <strong>and</strong> completed<br />

the programme for Management Development from the Harvard Business School. He currently<br />

works with the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development as Senior Financial Advisor.<br />

MR. AMEER KASSIM-LAKHA - Non-executive Director 8<br />

Mr. Kassim-Lakha (aged 78 yrs) is a Fellow of the <strong>In</strong>stitute of Chartered Accountants in Engl<strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>and</strong> Wales <strong>and</strong> The <strong>In</strong>stitute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya <strong>and</strong> an Associate Member<br />

of the Chartered <strong>In</strong>stitute of Arbitrators <strong>and</strong> OPM (Harvard). He is a past Chairman of the<br />

<strong>In</strong>stitute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya <strong>and</strong> The Association of Professional Societies<br />

in East <strong>Africa</strong>. He is a past Vice-Chairman of The Professional Centre. He is a current Trustee<br />

of KCA University.<br />

MR. KABIR HYDERALLY - Non-executive Director 9<br />

Mr. Hyderally (aged 64 yrs) holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree <strong>and</strong> is a Fellow of the <strong>In</strong>stitute<br />

of Chartered Accountants. He is currently the General Manager, Finance at The Jubilee <strong>In</strong>surance<br />

Company of Kenya Limited.<br />

MR. GUEDI AINACHE - Non-executive Director 10<br />

Mr. Guédi Aïnaché (aged 36 yrs) holds a Masters Degree in Audit <strong>and</strong> Risk Management from the<br />

University of Angers, France <strong>and</strong> he is also a graduate of Economic Science, from the University<br />

of Le Mans, France. Currently he is PROPARCO’s Regional Director for Eastern <strong>Africa</strong>, based in<br />

Nairobi. He has previously worked with PROPARCO in Paris as Senior <strong>In</strong>vestment Officer within<br />

the Corporate Division h<strong>and</strong>ling various large corporate financing transactions across various<br />

regions in <strong>Africa</strong>, Latin America & Asia <strong>and</strong> as an<br />

Associate Director with Crédit Agricole Corporate <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>In</strong>vestment Bank in France.<br />

MR. DOMINIC K. NG’ANG’A - Company Secretary 11<br />

Mr. Ng’ang’a (aged 37 yrs) holds a Bachelor of Commerce<br />

(Accounting) Degree from KCA University. He is a CPA finalist<br />

<strong>and</strong> a Certified Public Secretary CPS (K). He is also a member<br />

of The <strong>In</strong>stitute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK).<br />
