to exchange knowledge and ideas on space-related<br />
issues throughout the space community. The journal<br />
focuses primarily on Air Force and DoD space programs;<br />
however, the High Frontier staff welcomes submissions<br />

key part of North America's early warning systems.<br />
DSP satellites use an infrared sensor to detect<br />
heat from missile and booster plumes against the<br />
earth's background.<br />
