Pionir – Chocolate, Candy and Biscuit Industry- is the leading producer in South-East
Europe of premium quality chocolate, candies and bakery products with almost a
century long tradition.
Its modern factory, with latest equipment and 22,000 tons annual capacity offers a
production program of more than 150 confectionary products (hard candies,
biscuits, chocolate and desserts) and baked goods. Besides fine quality chocolate in
unique and standard flavors, the company produces home baked novelty products,
such as chocolate cookies, fine candies and gingerbread Biscuits-Honey Hearts filled
with fruit filling. Recognition and quality is best reflected through the power of its
brands: Honey Heart, Galeb and Hazelnut chocolate, Kidy desserts, Negro and
Menthol candies.
Pionir and all its factories are certified to comply with IFS Food standard, as well as
ISO 9001:2001 and HACCP.
Pionir is an export-oriented company with 55% of production delivered to the
regional and international markets. With representative offices in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro, and a number of organized sales centres,
Pionir is able to provide fast and efficient support to regional customers in Slovenia,
Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Pionir’s products
