Strela company has been successfully operating and developing for the last 22 years
in the domain of buying, processing and exporting of forest mushrooms and frozen
fruit.
It is the second biggest mushroom exporter from Serbia, namely for Porcini (Boletus
edulis) and Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) also dealing with processing
Amanitas (Amanita Caesarea), Morcheles (Morchela Conica and Morchela Rotunda),
Verpas (Ptychoverpa Bohemica), and Lactarius (Lactarius deliciosus). From the
frozen fruit selection the company offers: sour cherry Oblacinska, strawberries,
raspberries, blackberries, wild blackberries, wild blueberries, plums, rose hips,
sloes, cornel, elderberries, etc. The company’s finished products include
conventional chutney (ajvar) and packaged mushrooms as well as a line of organic
products.
The company implemented ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, FSSC 22000, OCS certificate for
organic production for Serbia and CERES for international markets.
Strela’s products are sold mostly in the EU and the clients include UNIVEREXPORT,
Delhaize and Metro Cash & Carry.
