This is easily set thanks to
ratchet tie-rods on both sides
and not in the centre therefore
keeping the operator from
climbing over the drilling
elements at the rear. These
rods adjust precisely the
parallelogram length that
connect the CULTIDISC carrying
frame to the drill frame.
560 mm : a record “antiblockage” clearance between rows
All the drilling elements are the same length so they have exactly
the same characteristics at work.
A 415 mm diameter notched monodisc, with only a 4° angle : the ideal compromise
between power and penetration, capable of clearing straw stalks from the furrow and
keeping motricity through damp conditions.
Streamlined coulter, well receded behind the rear of the disc and reinforced with
tungsten carbide : optimum passage across plant trash, least mouvement of the
seedbed and incredible working life.
Air vent to slow the seed down and ensure placement without any rebounds,
especially at high forward speeds ; also in case the coulter gets
blocked, the air vent provides an escape hole for the
seed.
Full press wheel, 50 mm wide, with multiple
pressure setting positions : immediate and
adjustable soil/seed contact, as well as a
retracted position (damp soil)
Up to 80 kg individual pressure through
centralised setting on parallelograms : the
drilling elements always work on a flat surface
for controlled working depth, even without the
press wheels.
Reduced maintenance : zero maintenance
c-springs, double row ball bearings protected against agressions.

The LS 2.80 toolbar provides exceptional
antiblockage clearance of 560 mm between
the front and rear rows.
