danish pastry, rolls, toast with butter
and preserves. Grilled tomatoes, stewed
mushrooms, sausages, bacon, with
either poached or fried eggs, pancakes,
cereals and freshly cut fruits.

A glass of either soya milk, fresh (orange, spinach or carrot) juice
and 2 pieces of whole meal toast. Yolk free omelette,
low fat yoghurt and a plate of fruits in season.
