Note: GCAA staff to observe HSE guidelines as detailed in GAP-02 Section 3.14, IMS registers EMS-F01 and
GCAA-IMS-P02 F01.
The following Check List is to guide the Airworthiness Inspector during survey an aircraft for issuance
of Certificate of Airworthiness for Export.
The Inspector is required to ensure that documents requirements and specification are clearly and
correctly provided.
In case where the survey to be done abroad, documents that are provided by the GCAA shall be
prepared checked and made ready well in advance prior to traveling. The documents shall be hand
carried with the Inspector at all times.
