ECO 3253 course to a 'Hybrid' form<strong>at</strong>; meaning 50% face-t<strong>of</strong>ace,<br />
and 50% online via Blackboard.<br />
I even prepared some online m<strong>at</strong>erials for ECO 3013; a Fall,<br />
2010 course.<br />
I hope to do all <strong>of</strong> my courses, except ECO 3013, as Hybrid<br />
