Delivery Offer<br />
Please note the following Delivery Offer, Lead-time and Services are to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.<br />
First Drops<br />
First drops (7:30am) delivery requests are available by negotiation only, and are dependent upon<br />
availability of transport, to be confirmed by our customer service representative at time of order<br />
Vehicles<br />
Deliveries will be made on either Semi Trailer,Long Tom or Hiab Crane truck at <strong>OneSteel</strong> discretion<br />
and dependent on site access and conditions. Hiab cranes are for unloading from truck onto ground<br />
only. Under no circumstances will goods be loaded onto work decks.<br />
Delivery To Site<br />
All deliveries to site in the Metropolitan area will incur a $80 cartage charge. Delivery of goods is<br />
alongside your site, in one drop location only. For deliveries to a site outside the Metropolitan area,<br />
cartage charges will be quoted at time of order placement.<br />
Entry to site must be safe, and the decision to safely enter will be at the driver's discretion. Upon<br />
customer request that a delivery vehicle drives on site, the customer shall be responsible for any<br />
damage to property and or vehicle. Unloading shall be the responsibility of the customer.<br />
Delivery Hours<br />
Standard delivery hours are between 7:00am and 5:00pm - Monday to Friday. Should deliveries be<br />
requested outside of these standard delivery hours, this can be arranged by our customer service<br />
representative at an extra charge. Standard waiting time is 45 minutes maximum. If unloading has<br />
not commenced within this time, then the vehicle will return to our factory and the delivery will be<br />
rescheduled at a fee of $200, or waiting charge @ $80/hr.<br />
Return Of Goods (Pick-ups)<br />
<strong>OneSteel</strong> Reinforcing will pick up goods (in resaleable condition) from site at your request as quickly<br />
as transport availability allows. If the goods are being picked up due to a client's error, then a pick up<br />
fee of $50 (minimum) or 5% of the invoiced order value (if greater than $1,000), will apply.<br />
