Design/Styling Highlights
• Bold front end includes a grille design tailored to
reflect the character of each model
• All models feature jeweled headlamps that wrap into
the fenders and a sculpted power dome hood adding
to the truck’s presence
• Fender and tailgate badges feature a bold, italic
F-150 on a sculpted silver base with the model
designation inset in smaller type
• Wide overall stance instills confidence and is
achieved with wide front and rear tracks.
• Tailgate design incorporates three “feature” lines
stamped into the outer sheet metal that tie to the
taillamps and with the curves at the top, forming a
lip that improves the truck’s aerodynamics
• High beltline enhances the truck’s visual strength
• Drop-down front windows echo the Super Duty
design and aid visibility
• Nearly vertical tumblehome (inward bow of the side
windows) balances the visual weight of the lower
body while allowing nearly flush side glass
• Running boards enhance the overall design, make
entering or exiting the vehicle more convenient and
are available in a variety of designs, depending on
the model:
