H&S Bulletin Board for 3 months.<br />

4. Asbestos Site-Plan Posted in Office and available to all<br />

equipment.<br />

6. Carpets or tiles are in good condition, free of loose or<br />

12. Trolleys or dollies are available to move heavy items.<br />

13. Floors and shelves are clear of rubbish.<br />

14. Racks and shelves are in good condition.<br />

Electrical<br />

15. Electrical cords are in good condition.<br />

16. There is clear access to electrical panels and switches.<br />

17. Electrical cords are secured under desks or along<br />

baseboards<br />

18. Proper plugs are used.<br />

19. Plugs, sockets and switches are in good condition.<br />

Chairs<br />

20. Chairs are in good condition.<br />

Computers<br />

21. The mouse and keyboard are on the same level.<br />

recordings).<br />

40. The first aid kit is accessible and clearly marked – first<br />

aid supplies are maintained.<br />

41. WCB Incident Report forms are readily available.<br />

42. Emergency numbers are posted.<br />

43. Visitor Log maintained (provided schools use this<br />

Garbage<br />
