- identifying learning needs<br />

- designing learning programs<br />

- developing learning materials<br />

- teaching or training (i.e. helping groups to learn)<br />

- coaching and mentoring (i.e. helping individuals to learn)<br />

- assessing learning<br />

- managing learning organisations or programs<br />

- evaluating learning programs<br />

- providing administrative support to learning programs and organisations<br />
