• Advising Trafigura in relation to work-out strategies under natural gas
arrangements with various companies post-Enron
• Advising on transhipment agreements for oil products between a US oil major and
a Black Sea oil terminal
• Advising a UK gas utility on the Bombay natural gas distribution project
• Advising a UK gas utility on a gas distribution/transmission project in Malaysia
• Advising an international oil company on Malaysian E&P licensing issues
• Advising an offshore drilling contractor in connection with the sale of a selferecting
drilling tender assist barge
• Advising a major French oil company on its corporate restructuring in Singapore,
India and Cambodia (including franchising agreements)
• Advising Dutch and Norwegian offshore contractors in relation to their contractual
documentation for the acquisition, conversion and chartering of a number of
FPSOs for use in the North Sea and elsewhere
• Advising the owner of a floating production and floating storage facilities in the
North Sea in connection with the development contract, conversion contracts for
