<strong>The</strong> <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Canada</strong><br />
(vi) Recommending suitable persons for enrolment in the<br />
Canadian Forces and employment in Sea Cadet Corps as<br />
cadet instructors;<br />
(vii) Assisting Corps Commanding Officer in recruiting<br />
suitable persons to be cadets in Sea Cadet Corps;<br />
(viii) Making recommendations regarding the appointment,<br />
promotion, transfer or release <strong>of</strong> cadet instructors for Sea<br />
Cadet Corps;<br />
(ix) Liaison with other cadet corps;<br />
(x) Providing appropriate training and stores<br />
accommodation, not provided by the Canadian Forces;<br />
(xi) Providing training aids and equipment, including<br />
band instruments, not supplied by the Canadian Forces;<br />
(xii) Providing transportation, when not available from the<br />
Canadian Forces, for local training exercises;<br />
(xiii) Providing such other facilities or assistance<br />
as may be mutually agreed between the Branch and the<br />
Canadian Forces;<br />
(xiv) Assisting Corps Commanding Officer in<br />
arrangements for adequate medical examinations <strong>of</strong> Sea<br />
Cadets;<br />
(xv) Selection <strong>of</strong> candidates for scholarships, cruises,<br />
special courses, exchange visits, etc., in co-operation with<br />
Corps Commanding Officer;<br />
