CHAPTER 5 - TERMS OF REFERENCE, CORPS<br />
OFFICERS<br />
Commanding Officer - Royal Canadian Sea Cadet<br />
Corps<br />
Shall be responsible to the:<br />
(i) Minister <strong>of</strong> National Defence and the Canadian<br />
Forces in complying with all regulations and orders issued<br />
pertaining to Sea Cadet Corps;<br />
(ii) <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Canada</strong> for custody and control <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>League</strong> property and for compliance with orders and<br />
instructions issued in respect <strong>of</strong> <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> responsibilities;<br />
(iii)<br />
Local Sponsor/Branch for the progress <strong>of</strong> the Corps.<br />
Commanding Officer - <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> Cadet Corps<br />
Shall be responsible to the:<br />
(i) <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Canada</strong> for compliance with all<br />
regulations and orders issued pertaining to the operation and<br />
administration <strong>of</strong> <strong>Navy</strong> <strong>League</strong> Cadet Corps;<br />
(ii) Local Sponsor/Branch for the progress <strong>of</strong> the Corps<br />
and the training, pr<strong>of</strong>iciency and development <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficers and<br />
instructors under command.<br />
