Chuck Foreman, 2nd place finisher in class in 2005 Baja 1000: There were over 350 starters
and just under 150 finished. It was the roughest race course we had seen in a long
time. Every piece of mechanical equipment was pushed to the limit. The gauges held up
great. The truck ran for almost 30 hours. It was nice to have gauges that you could read at
a glance. I don’t know if we could have done as well as we did if we didn’t have
