Will Preferred Clients be required to accept Terms & Conditions?<br />

Yes. Preferred Clients will be required to acknowledge the Arbonne Preferred Client Program Terms & Conditions but will no<br />

longer be required to sign the Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement or provide a Social Security number.<br />

What is the registration term to sign up as a Preferred Client?<br />

The registration term for Preferred Clients is 12 months from the month they signed up. A $15 renewal fee must be paid<br />

each year to keep the Arbonne ID active.<br />

Is there a maintenance requirement for Preferred Clients?<br />

No. However, Preferred Clients will be required to renew annually by paying the $15 renewal fee.<br />

Can Preferred Clients earn their way to Independent Consultant status?<br />

No. Preferred Clients who want to become an Arbonne Independent Consultant must pay the applicable $59 upgrade fee<br />

and complete the Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement.<br />

Can Preferred Clients sign up under a different Arbonne Independent Consultant if they wish?<br />

Yes. Preferred Clients may sign up under different Arbonne Independent Consultants if they wish. However, the $20<br />

registration fee will be required each time the Preferred Client signs up under a different Arbonne Independent Consultant; a<br />

new Arbonne ID number will be issued each time.<br />

Preferred Clients cannot participate in the Arbonne SuccessPlan or have a downline.<br />

Will Preferred Clients have access to the Internet Consultants area of the <strong>arbonne</strong>Q.com website?<br />

No. Preferred Clients will no longer have access to the Internet Consultant website, which provides business tools for<br />

Will Preferred Clients be required to have a PIN to log into Shop Online?<br />

Preferred Clients will not need a PIN to log into Shop Online; however, an Arbonne ID and PIN is required to view order<br />

history, edit/view contact information in My Account, and manage ASD orders.<br />

How can a new Preferred Client create a PIN?<br />

New Preferred Clients will be prompted to create their PIN when going to the “My Account” or ASD section of the website.<br />

Do current Preferred Clients who choose not to upgrade retain their PIN numbers?<br />

Can Preferred Clients earn overrides, cash bonuses and commissions?<br />

No. Preferred Clients cannot participate in the Arbonne SuccessPlan.<br />

Do Arbonne Independent Consultants earn commissions on Preferred Client orders?<br />

Yes. Arbonne Independent Consultants receive a 15% commission on Preferred Client orders. This commission is paid on<br />

Suggested Retail Price and is not applicable to discounted product promotions, such as the Preferred Client Ultimate Value Pack,<br />

Host Rewards, $125 for $25 offer, PwPs and other designated promotions. Only the Arbonne Independent Consultant who is the<br />

immediate upline Independent Consultant of the Preferred Client can be paid the commission on PC orders.<br />

Will the RV from a Client and/or Preferred Client roll up to the Arbonne Independent Consultant who registered them?<br />

RV from Client and Preferred Client orders will be considered the PRV of the upline Arbonne Independent Consultant.<br />

Upgrade from Preferred Client to Independent Consultant<br />

Will the renewal date change for a Preferred Client who upgrades to Independent Consultant on or after September 1?<br />

Yes, the renewal date will change to the Start Month/year that the Preferred Client upgraded to Independent Consultant status.<br />

I’m a Preferred Client as of September 1, 2012 and my downline pops up to my upline Independent Consultant, but<br />

I later upgrade to Independent Consultant, will I get my downline back?<br />

No, your former downline will not move back under you. However, if you had a Preferred Client in your downline that<br />

remained a Preferred Client as of September 1, 2012, he or she can upgrade as an Independent Consultant level under you<br />

so long as they have not any activity as an Independent Consultant (35%) during the last 12 months.<br />

Can a Preferred Client who did not upgrade to Independent Consultant prior to September 1, 2012 sign up as an<br />

Independent Consultant on or after September 1, 2012 under any Independent Consultant sponsor of his or her choosing?<br />

Yes, as long as the Preferred Client did not have any activity as Independent Consultants (35% discount) during the last<br />

12 months.<br />

How do newly upgraded Independent Consultants, maintain their Consultant status?<br />

In order to maintain their status, Arbonne Independent Consultants need to accumulate 1,200 PRV in each rolling 12-month<br />

period. Only orders placed with the upgrade or after will count toward this requirement. Orders placed when they were<br />

Preferred Clients—even in the month of their upgrade—will not be counted.<br />

If I upgrade to Independent Consultant will I be eligible to participate in the Strong Start Program?<br />

You’ll be able to participate in the Strong Start only if you are at the Independent Consultant rank for the first time. To explain, if<br />

you were once at Independent Consultant rank and then reassigned to a Preferred Client, you will not be able to participate in<br />

the Strong Start. However, if you become an Independent Consultant for the first time by upgrading you will be eligible.<br />

As of September 1, 2012, will Preferred Clients be able to create Host Rewards Presentations?<br />

No.<br />

Will Preferred Clients who have Presentations that are not complete as of September 1, 2012, be able to go into<br />

their existing orders and complete the process after September 1, 2012?<br />

Preferred Clients will no longer have access to the Host Rewards system after September 1, 2012. All Presentations/parties<br />

created must be completed, orders released and rewards redeemed prior to September 1, 2012.<br />

No. RSVPs are no longer available to Preferred Clients.<br />

With the <strong>Enhanced</strong> Preferred Client <strong>program</strong> are newly, registered Preferred Clients and renewing Preferred Clients<br />

eligible for Ultimate Value Packs (UVPs)?<br />

Yes, the UVP is available for purchase for all new Preferred Clients in their Start Month. Select $325 worth of products for<br />

only $200. Preferred Clients are also eligible to purchase a UVP annually each time they renew with Arbonne as a Preferred<br />

Client. The upline Independent Consultant will receive a $25 bonus for the sale of the initial UVP. The UVPs sold upon<br />

renewal do not generate a bonus.<br />

Can products that do not carry full RV be added to Ultimate Value Pack (UVP)?<br />

Yes, you can add items that do not carry full RV to the UVP.<br />

How are taxes calculated on Preferred Client orders?<br />

Taxes on Preferred Client orders are calculated on the net selling price, meaning the price after the discount, not the current<br />

total SRP.<br />

Is there a date of birth requirement for Preferred Clients accounts?<br />

No, there is no date of birth requirement for Preferred Clients.<br />

In order for Preferred Clients to receive their complimentary product their Start Month, will they need to place one<br />

order with a total of $150 SRP or can it be cumulative?<br />

With a cumulative $150 SRP order in their Start Month, Preferred Clients are eligible for a complimentary product from a<br />

selected list of Arbonne products.<br />

Will Preferred Clients be able to purchase accessories such as the Brush Sets, Protein Shaker Cups and the<br />

Arbonne Essentials Water Bottle?<br />

Yes, just like Clients, Preferred Clients will be able to purchase Arbonne accessories.<br />

Will a new Preferred Client receive a Welcome Kit?<br />

No. Effective January 2013, in lieu of a “Preferred Client Welcome Kit”, new Preferred Clients receive a complimentary<br />

Arbonne Product Catalogue and a Welcome Letter from our CEO, Kay Napier. These items will be included in the new<br />

Preferred Clients’ first order placed under their own Arbonne account ID.<br />

Will Preferred Clients qualify for the RE9 Advanced Travel Set or the RE9 Advanced for Men Travel Set when<br />

offered PwPs on the Preferred Client registration page?<br />

Yes, Preferred Clients will be offered PwPs.<br />

Will Preferred Clients receive an email with their Arbonne ID number?<br />

Yes, they will receive a Welcome Email that will include their Arbonne ID number.<br />

Are Preferred Clients able to use the multiple credit card payment option when placing orders online?<br />

Yes<br />

How will Preferred Clients refunds be handled?<br />

Preferred Clients who place an order online using their own Arbonne ID number can call Arbonne Customer Service and<br />

request a refund. If an Independent Consultant places the order for the PC and has it dropped shipped, the PC must reach<br />

out to their Independent Consultant so they can submit a Return Product Order Form.<br />
