*Activities for which students earn academic credit for an
elective course. Students who fulfill all of the requirements
will earn a passing grade/a numerical grade.
Just like in leading universities around
the world, where art enrichment
programs are an integral part of the
curriculum offered, IDC Herzliya offers
students a variety of cultural activities:
The IDC Herzliya Musical Group
The Musical Group is a young, energetic group
composed of student, musicians and singers,
which incorporates elements from the worlds
of rock and pop as well as from classical music.
The IDC Herzliya Dance Group*
The IDC Herzliya dance group creates original
works that incorporate a variety of styles, from
modern dance to folkdance. The group performs
at Student Union's and IDC Herzliya's events.
Choreography: Aya Mor. Try-outs will take place
on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 8 p.m. at the
Herzliya country club. For additional information,

Activities
The IDC Herzliya Choir*
The choir, which has been operating for the
past three years, thanks to the generosity of
the Zimmerman family, focuses on classical
music. Its members include IDC Herzliya
students, alumni and faculty. The choir’s
conductor is Mr. Michael Shani.
