Cancellation / Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing prior to 12 October 2007 to qualify for a refund, less a US$150 (or equivalent) cancellation fee. There will be no<br />
refunds for any cancellations received after October 12, 2007. This policy is necessary due to our advance guaranty obligations and the costs associated with administering the conference.<br />
Any promotional discounts after payment has been received cannot be honored. Registration fees, however, may be applied to future AVCJ conferences.<br />
