708/709 cartridges are used in
frames made of galvanised or
stainless steel. The frames are used
in duct air filters, or as wall frames.
The filter medium consists of a
special, open-pore synthetic foam
that is filled (to be abrasion-resistant)
with activated carbon in the form of
powder or globules. The filter inserts
are slid in (in V form) into the
powder-coated system frames, which
have sturdy forms.
