The LUAS indicative timetable published by the Minister <strong>for</strong> Public Enterprise in May 1998 has proven useful in this regard. 36. A table of these key infrastructural projects should be prepared <strong>for</strong> each meeting giving the current state of progress against the indicative timetable and budget and identifying risk factors. Each meeting should commence with a report on progress to date, including the cause of delays and cost overruns, if any, and possible solutions. - 10 -

All roads are to be built to motorway/high quality dual carriageway standard and a minimum level of service C (equivalent to minimum 60mph average interurban speed) would obtain from construction time through to 2019 on these routes; higher levels of service would in practice be commonly achieved.
