At international level, AAA Servicios has extended its operations through AAA<br />

Dominicana S.A., AMAGUA C.E.M and AAA Servicios de Venezuela. The first<br />

company is in charge <strong>of</strong> commercial management <strong>of</strong> Water Supply and<br />

Sewerage service in the city <strong>of</strong> Santo Domingo, that has approximately<br />

2.500.000 inhabitants; AMAGUA C.E.M, operates water supply services in<br />

Sanborondon, Ecuador and AAA Servicios de Venezuela recently executed a<br />

management agreement by which it is in charge, since August 2001 and for a<br />

period <strong>of</strong> 30 months, <strong>of</strong> the water supply and sewerage service in the 21<br />

municipalities conforming the State <strong>of</strong> Zulia.<br />

With the support <strong>of</strong> expansion and with its experience in Process Management,<br />

the organization is separating itself from a sector that experienced in the last<br />

years financial crisis and operating deficiencies.<br />
