General Information The Jupiter Global Fund (the ‘Company’) is an open-ended investment company which qualifies as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) under part I of the law of 17 December 2010 regarding undertakings for collective investment. It was incorporated in Luxembourg as a société d’investissement à capital variable (SICAV) on 22 September 2005 for an unlimited duration. The Company may issue multiple classes of Shares in several Funds (the ‘Funds’). A separate pool of assets and liabilities is maintained for each Fund and is invested in accordance with the investment objective applicable to the relevant Fund. All liabilities attributable to a particular Fund are binding solely upon that Fund. On 31 October 2011, Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund Limited contributed its assets into The Jupiter Global Fund – Jupiter Europa. The total value of the contribution in kind was EUR 45,638,240.88. Shareholders in Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund Limited holding 41,855.3709 Class US Dollar Shares opted to exchange those shares against 925,829.085 Jupiter Europa Class L US Dollar B Shares. The Jupiter Europa Class L US Dollar B Shares were issued at a Net Asset Value per Share of USD 10.00. Shareholders in Jupiter Europa Hedge Fund Limited holding 238,435.9903 Class Euro Dollar Shares opted to exchange those shares against 4,005,592.715 Jupiter Europa Class L Euro B Shares. The Jupiter Europa Class L Euro B Shares were issued at a Net Asset Value per Share of EUR 9.76. On 16 March 2012, Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited contributed its assets into The Jupiter Global Fund – Jupiter Europa. The total value of the contribution in kind was EUR 7,469,422.60. Shareholders in Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited holding 6,577.252 Class Euro Shares opted to exchange those shares against 87,424.423 Jupiter Europa Class L Euro B Shares. The Jupiter Europa Class L Euro B Shares were issued at a Net Asset Value per Share of EUR 10.07. Shareholders in Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited holding 13,021.939 Class Sterling Shares opted to exchange those shares against 177,995.622 Jupiter Europa Class L Sterling B Shares. The Jupiter Europa Class L Sterling B Shares were issued at a Net Asset Value per Share of GBP 10.21. Shareholders in Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund Limited holding 753,577.213 Class US Dollar Shares opted to exchange those shares against 336,113.134.50 Jupiter Europa Class L US Dollar B Shares. The Jupiter Europa Class L US Dollar B Shares were issued at a Net Asset Value per Share of USD 10.29. On 23 March 2012, Jupiter Financials Hedge Fund Limited contributed its assets into The Jupiter Global Fund - Jupiter Global Financials.
