LOWER SCHOOL<br />

Students to Homerooms<br />

• Parents take Students to their<br />

homeroom classes before proceeding<br />

to the Performing Arts<br />

Center (PAC).<br />

• Homeroom assignments and<br />

maps <strong>of</strong> the Lower <strong>School</strong> are<br />

available at the Lower <strong>School</strong><br />

tables in the gym.<br />

MIDDLE SCHOOL<br />

New Students Meet Buddies<br />

• Students check in at the Middle<br />

<strong>School</strong> tables and meet up with<br />

their buddies. Faculty will accompany<br />

students and buddies to their<br />

next activity.<br />

• Parents remain in the gym, enjoy<br />

breakfast and complete paperwork.<br />

UPPER SCHOOL<br />

• Parents and students enjoy<br />

breakfast and complete all<br />

paperwork.<br />

All parents and Upper <strong>School</strong> students please make your way to the Performing Arts Center<br />

for the ASP Student Presentation at 9:30<br />

“Our Aspirations for Every ASP Student”<br />

10:00 Parent Meetings<br />

LOWER SCHOOL<br />

— Library<br />

• All Lower <strong>School</strong> parents meet<br />

with Margaret Coleman, Lower<br />

<strong>School</strong> Director.<br />

• At the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the meeting,<br />

parents will collect their<br />

children from their classrooms.<br />

MIDDLE SCHOOL<br />

— Room 463-467<br />

• All Middle <strong>School</strong> parents meet<br />

with Kathy Miner, Middle <strong>School</strong><br />

Director.<br />

• At conclusion <strong>of</strong> meeting, parents<br />

will reunite with their Middle<br />

<strong>School</strong> children at the BBQ lunch.<br />

UPPER SCHOOL<br />

— PAC<br />

• New Upper <strong>School</strong> students will<br />

leave the PAC to tour campus<br />

with current ASP Upper <strong>School</strong><br />

students.<br />

• Upper <strong>School</strong> parents remain in<br />

the PAC and meet with Aaron<br />

Hubbard, Upper <strong>School</strong> Director.<br />

11:00 to 1:00<br />

BBQ lunch & completion <strong>of</strong> any outstanding paperwork<br />

Parents & students are invited to a BBQ lunch on the cafeteria terrace.<br />

During this time you may purchase P.E. uniforms and ASP logo wear. You may also visit the Admissions Office<br />

to hand in any outstanding paperwork.<br />
