<strong>Clinical</strong> <strong>Supervisor</strong><br />
Dorothy B. Mitchell Counseling Center (DBMCC) is a community-based center in Mesa providing confidential<br />
services for children, youth and their families. Counseling, case management, medication management and<br />
support services are provided for those eligible under the Magellan of Arizona contract. Staff members also<br />
facilitate and provide in-home family support services, the Parent and Children Teaming Together Program<br />
(PACTT) and the After School Program. We are currently looking to fill a <strong>Clinical</strong> <strong>Supervisor</strong> position for this<br />
program. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.<br />
DBMCC works with children and families with problems of abuse, neglect, and mental health. Issues addressed<br />
include post traumatic stress, adjustment issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, domestic<br />
violence, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders issues, relationship issues, sexual abuse and substance<br />
abuse issues.<br />
Staff specialties include crisis management, cognitive/behavioral therapy, DBT, sand tray, EMDR, Equine therapy,<br />
mediation/conflict resolution, solution focused brief therapy, relationship enhancement and play therapy,<br />
attachment and self-regulation therapy, character-based social and living skills and substance abuse counseling<br />
Duties and Responsibilities:<br />
Provide support, guidance and coaching for an enthusiastic team of clinicians! Impart leadership to a group of<br />
skilled clinicians implementing the Child and Family Team design including treatment planning, assessment and<br />
effectiveness of services ensuring sound clinical treatment. Oversee Magellan and licensing guidelines and<br />
regulations in relation to clinical staff and services.<br />
Skills/Requirements:<br />
LCSW, LPC and/or LMFT REQUIRED. Must be Independently Licensed by the State of Arizona. Experience within a<br />
managed care environment and knowledge of the RBHA system is also a plus. <strong>Clinical</strong> supervision experience<br />
preferred.<br />

Our West Valley Community Behavioral Health Services<br />
(WVCBHS) program in Glendale, AZ provides Masters level<br />
therapists, Bachelors level family support specialists,<br />

Accounting Manager<br />
The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to<br />
financial reporting. This position will be responsible for<br />
developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices<br />
and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial<br />
statements. The Accounting Manager supervises the<br />
Accounting Department staff and is responsible for managing<br />

In-Home Respite/Behavior Coaches<br />
Glendale/Mesa<br />
In-Home Respite is a support service for Title XIX enrolled children, ages 6-17, and families/caregivers<br />
with challenging needs who are referred by Provider Network Organization (Quality Care Network) or<br />
through an affiliate Qualified Service Provider (QSP). In-Home Respite provides intermittent or regularly<br />
planned, temporary non-medical/non-therapeutic respite service to children and families/caregivers. A<br />
diverse team of respite providers offer individualized 1:1 services to accomplish the goals determined by<br />
each Child and Family Team (CFT) fitting the family’s culture, needs, and schedules.<br />
This essential service is designed to provide relief to the primary care giver while supporting<br />
the emotional, physical and mental well-being of the child and his/her family. Additionally, In-Home<br />

In the Parent Aide Services program, staff will be trained to be culturally competent in regards to<br />
families with alternative parenting lifestyles in order to provide clinical services to our clients.<br />
Addressing the wide range of varieties of family composition will help serve and reestablish the<br />
dynamics of families within the Pinal County area. This program will provide services to clients in the<br />

children and supervise structured visitation. Write and submit plans and Monthly and Final Reports.<br />
Attend meetings with CPS staff, families and others involved in the case. Visit parents and as<br />
identified in the plan, provide parent support including parenting skills development, household<br />
management skills, problem solving/conflict resolution, learning and accessing community<br />
resources. Teach, role model and demonstrate where applicable provide training sessions to parents<br />
to strengthen the identified skills.<br />
