Code of Conduct
4. Environment
The Dometic Group strives, at all times, to improve the environmental performance
of our activities and products and to prevent any harmful effects on the
environment. All activities and products should comply with regulations and
demands made by authorities as well as by customers. The Dometic Group is
committed to the efficient use of natural resources and to sustainable development.
This means efficient use of materials and energy during the design,
production, purchase, logistic, use and disposal of all our products.
5. Reporting
You are encouraged to report any conduct, that you believe, in good faith,
to be a violation of laws or this Code of Conduct to your manager or via the
whistleblower procedure i . If your manager is involved in the situation that you
wish to report or cannot or has not adequately addressed your concerns,
you are requested to report to a manager of higher rank.
Managers are expected to seriously address the issue and work to ensure
a satisfactory resolution in alignment with applicable law and/or this Code of
Conduct.
There is no risk of retaliation or other negative consequence for persons
reporting in good faith. Failure to comply with the provisions of this Code of
Conduct may result in a disciplinary action.
