4. Environment<br />

The <strong>Dometic</strong> <strong>Group</strong> strives, at all times, to improve the environmental performance<br />

<strong>of</strong> our activities and products and to prevent any harmful effects on the<br />

environment. All activities and products should comply with regulations and<br />

demands made by authorities as well as by customers. The <strong>Dometic</strong> <strong>Group</strong> is<br />

committed to the efficient use <strong>of</strong> natural resources and to sustainable development.<br />

This means efficient use <strong>of</strong> materials and energy during the design,<br />

production, purchase, logistic, use and disposal <strong>of</strong> all our products.<br />

5. Reporting<br />

You are encouraged to report any conduct, that you believe, in good faith,<br />

to be a violation <strong>of</strong> laws or this <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Conduct</strong> to your manager or via the<br />

whistleblower procedure i . If your manager is involved in the situation that you<br />

wish to report or cannot or has not adequately addressed your concerns,<br />

you are requested to report to a manager <strong>of</strong> higher rank.<br />

Managers are expected to seriously address the issue and work to ensure<br />

a satisfactory resolution in alignment with applicable law and/or this <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Conduct</strong>.<br />

There is no risk <strong>of</strong> retaliation or other negative consequence for persons<br />

reporting in good faith. Failure to comply with the provisions <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Conduct</strong> may result in a disciplinary action.<br />
