• Concrete pavement <strong>and</strong> flooring<br />
• Ro<strong>of</strong>ing to provide sufficient shade to passengers from heat <strong>of</strong> the sun<br />
or rain<br />
• Wide entrances/exits for easy mobility to <strong>and</strong> from the terminal<br />
• Communication facilities, <strong>public</strong> address system, CCTV<br />
cameras/monitors<br />
• Information <strong>and</strong> Passenger Assistance Counters<br />
• Appropriate <strong>and</strong> adequate signages
