The Foundation Trust gives notice that it will
hold elections to the Council of Governors of
Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation
Trust.
Elections are to be held for the following
positions:
■ 7 members from the Public constituencies;
Keighley (1), Bradford North (2), Shipley (2),
Bradford South (1), Bradford West (1)
■ 2 members from the Patient constituency (i.e.
those members who live out of the Bradford
Metropolitan District Council area and have
received treatment from the Foundation Trust)
■ 4 members from the Staff constituencies:
Nursing and Midwifery Staff (1), Medical and
Dental Staff (1), Allied Health Professionals
and Scientists (1), all other Staff Groups(1).

to stand for election to these positions are
available from Wednesday 23 January 2013

All nomination papers should be received by
the Returning Officer, Caroline Hinchcliffe, by
12 noon on Thursday 7 February 2013. Faxed or
e-mailed nominations will not be accepted.
Elections
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying
members on Wednesday 27 February 2013.
Completed ballot papers must be received by the
Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services
Ltd) by 12 noon on Tuesday 19 March 2013.
The result of the elections will be announced at
the Foundation Trust’s offices on Wednesday 20
March 2013.
