Maho creates fabric art using vintage kimonos <strong>and</strong> obis.<br />
The fabric, either framed or sewn into wall hangings or<br />
table runners, is usually silk, either dyed, woven or<br />
embroidered. Swatches often feature some element of<br />
nature: birds, flowers, animals or l<strong>and</strong>scapes. Maho‟s work<br />
is currently displayed at Chef‟s Studio Japan in Canmore.<br />
