the Honorary Membership of the Collar of the Order of Isabel<br />
la Catolica conferred on him by the King of Spain<br />

Appointment to The National Order of Merit<br />
IN terms of Section 22 of the Ġieħ ir-Repubblika Act, and in<br />
accordance with Rule 3 of the Rules for Honours, Awards and<br />
Decorations 1990, the Chancellor of the Maltese Orders hereby<br />
notifies that His Majesty Juan Carlos I, the King of Spain, has<br />
been appointed Honorary Member of The National Order of<br />
Merit in the grade of Companion of Honour with Collar.<br />
