ADDITIONAL SCHOOL SERVICES<br />
KEYS<br />
Post Office box and room keys are distributed in the office of the dean of students.<br />
Replacement keys may be picked up during the class day Monday through Friday.<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s will be billed $10.00 for each lost key. If you lose an elevator key, you may have to take<br />
out a bank loan to pay the fine.<br />
LAUNDRY AND LINEN<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s have access to internal, coin-operated laundry equipment or may send their personal clothing<br />
and linen to an outside commercial laundry service. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located<br />
in most dormitories. <strong>The</strong> cost is $1.00 per wash and $.50 per drying cycle.<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s who wish to arrange for laundry service may do so in the Business Office at the opening<br />
of school in September. Nametags must be sewn securely in all articles sent to the laundry. Within<br />
reason, the commercial laundry will not limit the number of items washed each week. However, the<br />
student will be expected to contract for this service for the duration of the school year. Cancellation<br />
of the contract for valid reasons may be arranged, but credit for a week in which laundry is not sent<br />
will not be possible. Also, it is assumed that items to be laundered are the personal property of the<br />
student who has signed the contract.<br />
Personal laundry, with checklist filled out, is to be delivered to the distribution room on Monday<br />
morning. It will be returned on Friday morning of the same week. <strong>The</strong> laundry distribution room<br />
is located in the basement corridor near the CPT elevator.<br />
<strong>The</strong> rental of linen and towels is not available. <strong>Student</strong>s supply their own blankets, sheets, bedspreads,<br />
pillowcases and towels.<br />
Dry cleaning may be sent to the laundry and will be charged separately by the unit. Charges for<br />
laundry and dry cleaning will be posted to the parents’ charge account.<br />
LOST AND FOUND<br />
Books left in the halls will be taken to the Lost and Found, which is located in cabinets outside the<br />
Security Office in the basement of HDT. Lost valuables such as watches, glasses and wallets should<br />
be turned in to the Dean’s Office or to the Security Office.<br />
