3. Dry the inserts with lint-free tissues
4. Wear vinyl gloves as much as possible and avoid touching panel with bare skin so as
not to leave additional fingerprints
5. Inspect holes for any parts of core that might obstruct the insertion of an insert,
carefully cut such offending parts away with a scalpel, or push them gently back into
place
6. Cut small lengths of kapton tape and cover each of one side of the central insert holes,
ensuring that the tape is flat over the hole and securely attached all the way around the
edges
7. Carefully turn the panel over
8. Refer to the integration manual and insert the correct inserts into the correct positions
on the panel, placing them all up the same way
9. Have someone else double-check that the correct types of insert are placed into the
correct holes
