Managing Director 2005 – 2008<br />

Developed and led start-up division in Asia-Pacific. Created five-year business plan, negotiated and executed<br />

agreements with country sales agents and distributors in the Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, and Taiwan.<br />

Ensured regulatory compliance to each local government and regulatory agency, and retained local counsel and<br />

public tax consultants to support subsidiary. Managed all business operations including marketing, sales, finance,<br />

systems, customer service, logistics, and production, with full P&L accountability according to Sarbanes-Oxley<br />

requirements. Five direct and 44 indirect reports.<br />
