COLLEGE NOTICES<br />
CANTEEN<br />
Canteen will be available every Friday during Term 1.<br />
First break is main meal. Orders need to be placed on<br />
a Wednesday before first break. Orders must be<br />
placed in a paper bag, large enough to accommodate<br />
the meal ordered or 10c will be charged for a bag.<br />
At second break the canteen will be open for sweets,<br />
treats and drinks.<br />
Wherever possible there will be no egg, nuts or seafood<br />
in any products.<br />

EVERY ORDER IF CHILD HAS<br />
ALLERGIES.<br />

Tips for Parents of Children with<br />
Asthma<br />
There are a few things you can do to help the<br />
<strong>College</strong> manage your child’s asthma.<br />
1. Provide an up-to-date colour copy of your<br />
child’s Asthma Action Plan.<br />
2. Tell the <strong>College</strong> and your child’s teacher<br />
about the signs and symptoms that your<br />
child might show when experiencing<br />
asthma.<br />
3. When your child is experiencing asthma<br />
symptoms, notify the <strong>College</strong> and discuss a<br />
course of action using their Asthma Action<br />
Plan.<br />
4. Provide a spacer and blue reliever<br />
medication for your child to use at school.<br />
Clearly label the medication and spacer<br />
with your child’s name.<br />

COLLEGE PHOTO DAY<br />
TUESDAY 29 MAY<br />
♦ Please mark this date on your calendar to ensure<br />
that your child is available on this day.<br />
♦ Class Photos and extra‐curricular activities groups<br />
will be taken on this day.<br />
♦ All students will be required to wear their full Formal<br />
Uniform & Ties (except Prep who wear their regular uniform).<br />
♦ Student’s hair should be neat and tidy and girls<br />
should have all their hair tied back in a band in<br />
school colours only.<br />
♦ Girls should not wear makeup or any jewellery,<br />
other than plain studs or sleeper earrings.<br />
♦ Envelopes have been issued to each child with<br />
further details.<br />
♦ Please include correct payment and return your<br />
order to the <strong>College</strong> no later than Wed 23 May.<br />
