from the Fraser Coast Calisthenics Club Inc will be representing QLD at the National
Championships in Darwin this July. A fundraiser in the form of BAREFOOT BOWLS will be
held on Sunday 6 May at 2pm. Cost $10 pp (under 12 free) Food and drinks can be
purchased and various prizes and raffles will be offered.

Zumba Fitness(R) Class for Beginners
As the name suggests, it's aimed at beginners who need a slower pace and/or need the songs broken down
and the moves explained. So if you, or anyone you know, have been thinking about trying Zumba the details
are as follows: Tuesday nights 5‐5:30 at St Mary's Parish Hall (across from Post Office)
$5 per person Wear comfy clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Hope to see you there.
