• Do you value the comfort and security of having regular health assessments?
• Do you have a history of heart disease, cancer or other illnesses in your family?
Health Assessment − for Me allows you to enjoy a regular review of your physical
condition as well as your lifestyle, to ensure your continued health and well-being. If you
are already eligible for a company-paid health assessment you also have the option to
upgrade this from a ‘Complete’ assessment to an ‘Advanced’ assessment at a cost to you.
The three levels of assessment on offer are:
• Essential Assessment – a general assessment focusing on lifestyle and health issues
• Complete Assessment – a comprehensive assessment designed to provide you
with an in-depth profile of your health and well-being. It also includes a 45 minute
consultation with a Bupa doctor
• Advanced Assessment – generally appropriate for men over age 40 and women
over age 50 (unless there is a family history of cardiovascular disease), this is a
full assessment of your health status and well-being that includes an Exercise
Electrocardiogram (ECG), and a cardio-respiratory exercise test to assess the
efficiency of your heart, lungs, metabolism, circulation and muscles during exercise.
Please note that if you are female and over age 40, you also have the option to add a
mammogram to the ‘Complete’ and ‘Advanced’ assessments.

to review both their physical condition as well as their lifestyle, to ensure their continued
health and well-being.
