MY REWARD WEBSITE
Can you log on and log
off from the My Reward
site and save your
selections?
Yes. When you are logged on you will be able to save and see
your selections by clicking the ‘OK & View Selections’ button
at the bottom of each benefit selection page. However, if
you want to log off, your selections will only be saved if you
confirm them in the system. You do this by clicking on the
‘Confirm’ button at the bottom of the ‘Select your Benefits’
page. If you attempt to log off without confirming your
selections you will receive a warning message.
Important POINTS
TO REMEMBER
1. Upon joining HSBC, if you don’t receive your log on
details, please refer to the Reward Proposal intranet site or
call My Reward Centre on 0845 603 3133. Lines are open
Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
2. Please note, confirmation of your My Choice selections is
entirely at HSBC’s discretion. You will be notified if for some
reason, HSBC is not able to authorise your choice.
3. Some partner benefits are subject to underwriting rules
and temporary cover is given in the first instance for a
period of 90 days. You are advised to read the relevant
terms and conditions in the online Benefits Guide.
4. If you need to make any changes to personal details
held in My Choice, please ensure that you also update
your HR records. Any changes you make within My Choice
will not automatically update any centrally held HR records.
5. If you have any questions about selecting your My
Choice benefits, please call My Reward Centre on 0845
603 3133. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am
and 5pm.
