The group has won the overall <strong>Mercedes</strong>-<strong>Benz</strong><br />
Retailer of the Year award, which commends<br />
excellence across the entire operation and is<br />
considered to be the ultimate accolade for the 32<br />
<strong>Mercedes</strong>-<strong>Benz</strong> market areas that make up the<br />
manufacturer’s retail network.<br />
It secured the top award by not only performing<br />
consistently well in all business areas, but by<br />
featuring in the upper quartile levels for customer<br />
satisfaction as measured by the demanding net<br />
promoter score. The guidance of its settled and<br />

experienced management team also helped <strong>Lookers</strong><br />
to secure the number one spot.<br />

A trio of staff were honoured<br />
in the annual <strong>Lookers</strong> Guild of<br />
Excellence, which celebrated<br />
the achievements of 4,500<br />
employees from across the car<br />
