DualCom Inside ® brings together the popular
Euro 46LM Control Panel and signalling you
know you can rely on, for an all-in-one detection
and signalling solution.
The Hardware... The Service... The Programming...
The DualCom Inside ® utilises existing communication hardware that is provided by Castle. The Euro
46LM control panel and GPRS module (MSX-GPRS/CSL) from Castle work together to emulate the
functionality of a DualCom which operates within the DualCom Gemini Management Network.
1. The Hardware...
The Euro 46LM is supplied complete with a Digi Modem which allows single path
signalling via the PSTN path. Dual path signalling is available simply by adding the
GPRS module to the Euro 46LM control panel.
2. The Service...
The DualCom service is ordered online via the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
The engineer is then able to commission the DualCom when they arrive on site.
3. The Programming...
The Engineer simply scrolls through the keypad menu and selects their ARC from
the list. Once the ARC is selected the Euro 46LM calls the CSL DualCom Gemini
server and automatically downloads the site parameters. The DualCom Inside ® is
then ready to begin sending test calls to the ARC.

A dual path signalling device helps to distinguish genuine alarms from false alarms and can
therefore prevent your police response time dropping to a lower level or being withdrawn
completely. Utilising multiple signalling paths ensures that DualCom will always have a back-up
path in the event of an accidental or deliberate fault on any path.
DualCom Inside ® provides installers with cost savings as there is no
duplication of hardware and installation times are significantly reduced.
