as the world grows smaller and emerging markets become
more and more important, it is essential for business people to

businesses. With this in mind, Bombardier has increased the nonstop
global reach capability of their jets. The larger of these jets,
the Global 7000 aircraft, will have a range of 7,300 nautical
miles, a maximum cruising speed of mach 0.85 and a high speed
of mach 0.90. The Global 7000 will also have the ability to carry
up to ten passengers with a crew of four.
Though slightly smaller, the Bombardier Global 8000 will
carry eight passengers, but the sacrifice of size and weight with
the 8000 line happily translates into an increase in the
aircraft’s maximum distance. The 8000 aircraft will have the
ability to travel nearly 8000 nm without need of stopping, and
at roughly the same speeds as the slightly larger 7000.
Both jets boast state-of-the-art technological advancements.
The Global Vision flight deck accords the crew an
unmatched cabin-maintenance system with the highest level
of connectivity and integration of cockpit to cabin. in
addition to providing control and comfort unmatched in the
industry, the system also offers advanced synthetic visioning

both aircraft feature the new high-speed transonic wing. The
wing, designed to be both lighter and thinner than comparable
wings of this class, helps to increase the aircraft’s fuel
efficiency overall.
