COURSE DESCRIPTION<br />
One of the most pressing problems in our society is the productivity<br />
dilemma. Although there is general agreement about the need for<br />
improving productivity, there is little consensus about the fundamental<br />
causes of the problem and what to do about them.<br />
This workshop aims at improving participants’ capabilities and expositions<br />
to the economic use of resources for the enhancement of productivity in<br />
the workplace.<br />
OBJECTIVE<br />
At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:<br />
