Grants and Reimbursement Scheme is one of the Industrial Training<br />
Fund’s operational instruments used in bearing a proposition of the<br />
direct cost of employers’ staff training and development functions. For<br />
its effective operation, those charged with the responsibility of the<br />
training function in companies need to be exposed to the theory and<br />
practice of the scheme.<br />
