COURSE DESCRIPTION Grants and Reimbursement Scheme is one of the Industrial Training Fund’s operational instruments used in bearing a proposition of the direct cost of employers’ staff training and development functions. For its effective operation, those charged with the responsibility of the training function in companies need to be exposed to the theory and practice of the scheme.
