Apart from major disease killers,
Kenya has a serious problem with
accidental death, specifically by
motor vehicles. Kenya has the highest
rate of road accidents in the
world, with 510 fatal accidents per 100,000 vehicles
(2004 estimate), as compared to second-ranked
