Changed Procedures
If flat charge refunding is in effect, a dropped/deleted record is written to the
SFRREGD collector table before the record is deleted from SFRSTCR, unless
the prior course registration status code (STVRSTS) had the Count in
Assessment (Indicator) set to N, and that record had already been processed by
fee assessment.
sfkmods.p_insert_sfrareg
The new SFRAREG_RSTS_DATE field has been added to the insert of SFRAREG.
sfkmods.p_update_sfrareg
The new SFRAREG_RSTS_DATE field has been added to the update of SFRAREG.
sfkmods.p_insert_sfrstcr
The new SFRSTCR_ASSESSMENT_ACTIVITY_DATE field has been added to the insert
of SFRSTCR.
sfkmods.p_update_sfrstcr
The new SFRSTCR_ASSESSMENT_ACTIVITY_DATE field has been added to the
update of SFRSTCR.
sfkfees.p_processfeeassessment
The procedure has been updated to determine if swapping is enabled for the term
(SOBTERM_ASSESS_SWAP_IND is set to Y) and calls the new procedure
sfkfees.p_process_hours_swap if it is enabled.
sfkfees.p_reverse_na_charges
The procedure has been updated to no longer use the obsolete GTVSDAX rule for
FAREVNRF. The new SOBTERM_ASSESS_REV_NRF_IND column is used instead.
sfkfees.p_processcourse
The SFRAREG_C CURSOR in the procedure has been updated to select the
SFRAREG_RSTS_CODE and SFRAREG_RSTS_DATE.
