Directors and Advisors Executive Directors Chairman ‡ Mr PM Fallon (aged 61) is chairman. He joined the company in 1974 and was appointed an executive director in October 1975. He was appointed managing director in 1985, chief executive in 1989 and chairman in 1992. He is chairman of the nominations committee.
