A decision on the winning bidder is now expected in May 2012. Three contractors are<br />
understood to be the frontrunners for five separate packages on this scheme. They are; South<br />
Koreas Daelim Industrial for CP1 and CP2; South Koreas GS Engineering &<br />
Construction for CP3 and CP4 and UKs Petrofac is the frontrunner for UO1 package.<br />
Other packages still available are:<br />
- Ethylene cracker: De-bottlenecking<br />
- Aromatics Complex<br />
- Acrylic Acid and SAP<br />
- Tank Farm<br />
- Common Facilities.<br />

Client is still evaluating bids for the EPC contracts. Awards are expected to be made by the<br />
end of January 2012. However, if the delay in announcing the winning bidders continues, it<br />
is understood that allowing for initial engineering work may not actually start on-site until<br />
January 2013.<br />

It is understood that bids have been submitted for the EPC packages on this scheme. Bidders<br />
include Taiwan's CTCI; South Korea's Daelim Industrial, GS Engineering & Construction,<br />
Samsung Engineering, SK Engineering & Construction; Italy's Saipem; China's Sinopec;<br />
and Spain's Tecnicas Reunidas. Evaluation of bids will commence soon.<br />

Client has extended the deadline to submit bids for the EPC contract to October 31, 2011<br />
from the previous deadline of October 01, 2011 for the offsites and utilities package on this<br />
scheme. An award is expected in the first quarter of 2012.
