Client has once again extended the deadline to submit technical bids for the EPC contract<br />
until April 17, 2012.<br />

It is understood that client has extended the deadline to submit technical bids until March 17,<br />
2012. The deadline has been moved following the requests from the bidders. Under the<br />
current plan the project will comprise (4) conventional thermal generating units, each with a<br />
minimum capacity of 600MW. The overall capacity will total a minimum of 2,400MW and<br />
bidders are allowed to submit the proposals for projects up to 2,640MW. The contractor will<br />
also be responsible for construction of a 380kV substation to serve the power generation<br />
project. The selected bidder will be required to complete construction of the project within<br />
(47) months of signing.<br />

Invitation to bid (ITB) has been issued for the EPC contract. Technical bids are due to be<br />
submitted on November 22, 2011. The EPC contract is expected to be awarded in second<br />
quarter of 2012.<br />
