contract is being tendered as a separate package. Contractors are still waiting for the client to
issue tender documents for this package.

construction package. Client has now invited contractors to submit an expression of interest
(EOI) for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contract, which involves carrying
out MEP works on the 40-storey tower.
